Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the service date are eligible for a 50% refund, as preparation and scheduling may have already begun. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date are non-refundable. Once the service has started — including exhibition entry, supplier contact, interviews, or research activities — no refunds will be issued. If an exhibition is canceled or significantly delayed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or organizer decisions), we will offer either a reschedule or partial refund depending on the scope of work completed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
